No adrenal skill costs more than 10 strikes, so you can't 'gain' 12 strikes anyway.

For weapon mods most will go with the following lineup:

Vamp
Sundering
Zealous
Elemental(matched to a conjure)

None of the other weapon prefixs are worth using.

You didn't get my point, I was implying at loss of the adrenaline at which I lose my Snare, DW and Frenzy cancel. Also both ,sundering and conjure are BLARGH

It all depends on your build. If you find yourself running low on energy, run zealous. If not swap out. Generally not a fan of furious though for reasons already stated.
